Type seeks to respond to these limitations by providing its members and patrons with access to an in-depth and growing digital repository of research and knowledge on the design of the built environment. Many of the publications in our library are out of print, or difficult to source.
Type members and patrons can browse and download Type's current selection of journals and books, as well as future publications added to the library in the course of their support.
What’s more, Type provides all its available publications in a common file format, allowing all members and patrons to read, search, and reference individual works on any device without the need to download proprietary software.

Terms of membership
Membership to Type is issued on an annual basis, with all memberships automatically lasting a minimum of one year from date of registration. Payment may be made online. Just sign-up and enter your details as requested.
